Designed around explicit boundaries

SAPA parses untrusted input into branded values, keeps monetary amounts in exact minor units, and represents expected failures in Effect error channels. The framework does not silently select a database, payment provider, mail transport, or deployment runtime for your application.

Version 0.1.x is pre-1.0. Public APIs are usable, but may change between minor versions while SAPA is hardened with external adopters.
